While using Blue Ocean, there's a critical functionality that is hidden from users: the RUN icon. I've attached an image.

This makes it difficult for my users to understand where to click to trigger a pipeline, and it's also hard to screenshot. This icon should not be hovered. The "star" icon can be hovered instead.

I couldn't find other issues related. Apologies if it's already there.
