I'm currently working on providing a simple integration of the Hudson Ivy Plugin with the Sonar plugin and I needed to be able to expand environment variables in the light project configuration.

I also have the build stability plugin installed in Sonar and it required the ciManagement section which I've added to the pom template.

I've attached a diff of my local changes. Let me know if it can be applied or not.
