Plugin manager shows 2.27.0 as latest version, but latest is 2.4.1

      The plugin manager shows build failure analyzer 2.27.0 as latest version although latest is 2.4.1. Also when sorting tags in Github, it shows that 2.27.0 is later that 2.4.1 although it was tagged 2+ years ago.
