Sorry I don't know which component this issue is related.

I have created a freestyle job for our work.

The job is simple enough. It has only one step which executes commands in shell:

However the job stuck here for a long time:

After almost 30 mins every time, it finished successfully.

When I tried the same command in terminal, it finishes within 30 seconds every time:

I don't know why it has to wait for so long before it gets the stop signal.
