[Gitlab plugin] Credentials drop-down doesn't show API token credential

      Lot of plugins, all up to date
      Chrome: 112.0.5615.49

      In trying to configure the GitLab Server in the "Configure System" page, the Credential dropdown simply does not work (see attached).  As you can see in the attached screenshots, I have a Credential of type GitLab Personal Access Token already created.  I even tried to create another one using the Add button underneath the credential dropdown–it still doesn't show up after it is created.
