Hi,

I would like to create a pull request for an ec2-plugin feature that I deem useful. In summary the changes that I've implemented and that I want to open a PR for allow for programmatic addition of slave templates to an ec2cloud.

The issue that I'm facing when I try to create a pull request is the following:

ERROR: Permission to jenkinsci/ec2-plugin.git denied to abusuladzich.
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

Are you guys accepting PRs for this repo? If so any idea how I might resolve this issue?
