SCM Source server dropdown shows invalid Unregister Server error message

      When the default Bitbucket Cloud endpoint is removed from the Global Configuration, the Server dropdown of a Multibranch with Bitbucket Branch Source SCM wrongly shows a "Unregister Server" message:

      Although this seems to be only a UI issue as other functionality work.

          For what I recently test for issue 75073 cloud instance can not be removed so I xan not replicate the issue. Anyway since I rewriting the fillItem method it will fix also this use case
