Recently the legend of the icons was change to a modal. This looks good when the content can be displayed as whole. But as soon as there is scrolling involved it doesn't look so good anymore.

The scrollbar buttons at top/buttom are partly overlapping with the rounded corners.

There is no margin between content and the border of the modal

Proposed change is to have a dedicated title that is fixed on top and always displayed so only the content is scrolled with a proper bottom margin
