When viewing the msbuild warning pages, the page takes long time to finish loaded the page. 

Issue only exists when access the page with VPN. No such issue if access in the same network .

Checking the request details in network, one file is loading extremely slow and hit ERR_CONNECTION_RESET at the end

/plugin/data-tables-api/js/luxon.min.js

Checked when access in the same network, the page can be loaded very fast and properly.

By renaming the luxon.min.js in jenkins home .jenkins\plugins\data-tables-api\js can avoid the long loading time, but it may have other potential issue. Please help to check the reason behind. thanks.
