Role-Based Authorization Strategy is not available

      Hi,

       

      I have upgraded Jenkins from 2.394 to 2.4000 and now  the plugin Role-Based Authorization Strategy is not available under Manage Jenkins - Security. I have tried to downgrade and upgrade the version and still not available, no errors during the installation neither.
