Twitter plugin should allow the tweet to be specified using test and any of the hundson variables like HUDSON_ID

      My hudson servers run in machines that do not have public internet presence. Hudson FTPs the log files to a directory that is accessible on the internet. I want to be able to tweet the URL of the uploaded build log.

          This is a great improvement.

          I also have a Jenkins box without a public URL and I am trying to find a way to specify the Build's name in the tweet (the name is a string of concatenated build number from upstream builds).

          Allow me the ability to specify/augment the tweet would be really helpful.
