qTest Plugin should allow filling custom fields

      As of now, it seems like the qtest plugin doesn't allow providing more information that the default one, meaning the default system fields in qTest.

      It would be nice to allow providing information for custom fields.

      A suggestion would be to parse additional information from the xUnit repors, or via an extra parameter of the submitJUnitTestResultsToqTest method.
