The "Check Advisor Settings" link of Advisor Upload Error Monitor is nor working anymore

      The "Check Advisor Settings" link of the Advisor Upload Error monitor does not work anymore. It simply redirect to the current page.

      How to Reproduce

      • start Jenkins 2.401.1
      • Install Jenkins Health Advisor plugin
      • Configure it
      • (find a way to fail the next upload, such as configuring a fake HTTP Proxy or cutting connection to the internet)
      • The monitor appears and the link to "Check Advisor Settings" does not work.
