The assumption in jp.ikedam.jenkins.plugins.extensible_choice_parameter.SystemGroovyChoiceListProviderJenkinsTest is no longer true; Script Security 1172.v35f6a_0b_8207e and newer specifically prevents approval of unmodified scripts on saving, as it is an unsafe behavior (too easy to trick admins into approving scripts).
