Indexing failed while saving a new Blue Ocean Pipeline

      I created a new Pipeline in Blue Ocean. It is throwing Indexing failed on reclicking it throws below error.

       

      PUT https://api.github.com/repos/Sabyasachi-sahoo-blackbuck/pipeline/contents/Jenkinsfile returned error: 422. Error message: {"message":"Invalid request.\n\n\"sha\" wasn't supplied.","documentation_url":"https://docs.github.com/rest/repos/contents#create-or-update-file-contents"}.

       

      However the changes are pushed to git. But the whole functionality is broke here
