The Jenkins issue tracker is used for bugs and enhancements. Requests for help with diagnosing configuration errors are better handled in locations that are read by more users, like the chat channels, the community site, or the mailing lists..

In any of those locations, please remember that others are much more likely to help you if you describe the problem in detail. Without a detailed description of your configuration, it is much more difficult for others to provide assistance.
