Please add the possibility to have a dry run to check syntax and changes without being applied

      For the Job DSLVersion1.84, 

      It would be good to have the possibility for a dry run through which:

      1. Syntax could be checked
      2. Changes that would be applied in Jobs without being applied (no job changes)
