One of the problems of the Audit Trail regex feature is that the concept is reactive in a sense that admins need to know/learn what the URLs are important. Unknown URLs may then be missed and never thought about until they are discovered and then it's usually too late.

It would be nice to be able to:

• output/monitor currently 'unknown' URLs
  • perhaps allowing filtering by HTTP verb, e.g. all unknown POST requests (this may be worth another ticket)
• have the ability to place a regex in an 'explicit-ignore' list to indicate they are explicitly recognised as non-critical
