After the upgrade to 1.27.7 we experienced timeout requests and Jenkins UI hanging from time to time.

After troubleshooting it was clear that whenever a user opens up the Blue Ocean interface it will start blocking others from viewing their Jobs. It could have been seen in the Monitoring view and current Requests.
The first hanging request is GET to blue/xxx PageStatePreloadDecorator/header.jelly

Is it a known problem? Any workarounds so that Blue Ocean would not block "old" Jenkins UI
