Automatically building random projects on restart

      As the Jenkins application is restarted it automatically begins to build random projects.

      Is this working as designed?

      Is there a setting that disables this behavior?

          Jenkins will start things that have been in the queue when it was shutdown. Is it maybe this what you're seeing?

          If you don't want this, you can delete the queue.xml from JENKINS_HOME
