Requesting for a feature much needed for debugging of failed jobs running on dynamic agents using Kubernetes plugin.

We want to persist the pods in case of job failures which will help team to debug the failure and can be retained for x no. of hours or days.

The Jenkins project delays the completion of some jobs on job failure so that the pod remains available for diagnosis. That is only used for a few very complex jobs that we've been unable to simplify. Refer to an example in the release repository. That may not be the solution you're seeking, but it gives you something that you can do now for those complicated jobs that need access to the pod after a job failure.
