Not able to get role-based option under security

      I am testing Jenkins on my local system which is Ubuntu. Jenkins server running locally via docker-compose. I have installed Role-based Authorization StrategyVersion689.v731678c3e0eb_ .  I am not getting the option to add roles under security.
