security realm - jenkins own user database

When Mixing Security Realm Plugin is enabled, then the administrator is not able to change his own and other users password. After plugin disable, password change option become available:

I believe that the only security realm that allows users to change their password is the "Jenkins own user database" security realm. When the mixing security realm is added, I suspect that it assumes another security realm will be added and that realm will rely on the external service for password change. As far as I understand it, if you want Jenkins users to change their password in Jenkins, you'll need to stay with the Jenkins own user database realm rather than using the mixing security realm.

To be more precise - Jenkins is configured to use own user database.

Then Mixing Security Realm Plugin was only installed but not used and caused problem described above.

IMHO plugin should not interfere with functionality unless chosen in the security realm.
