When using a different time zone in Jenkins for the Schedule Build Plugin, e.g. Australia/Sydney, which uses the date format dd/mm/yyyy , and then clicking on Schedule Build in a job, the description text always displays the same date format of:

Build on (mm/dd/yy):

Even though the text field is using the Time Zone date format (in this case dd/mm/yyyy)

02/02/2024, 22:00:00

Which can get confusing, especially on a day like today, with is the 2nd of February.
