      Posting reviews to Gerrit without specifying the `project` parameter can lead to ambiguous queries returning multiple changes (see an example [here](https://issues.gerritcodereview.com/issues/320946495)).

       

      Make the usage of `project` mandatory in the plugin to avoid ambiguity on the Gerrit side.
