It looks like the find & replace feature only finds Strings in XML Values. However, some settings are saved in Attributes of XML Elements. For example the Subversion checkout mode is configured in <workspaceUpdater class="hudson.scm.subversion.CheckoutUpdater"/>

But this is not found by the Job Copy Plugin. Would be great, if it was...
