If there are multiple upstream jobs. we see that the downstream not getting started automatically when using fanin plugin.. this is noticed on multiple scenarios. We should see the sysout as the downstream got triggered, but the downstream was not getting started and the stream gets stuck there and need an manual start to continue the stream
