When upgrading 2.387.3 to 2.426.3 we noticed that the description-setter-plugin changed behavior with the check box to allow append/multi-line description settings.

We discovered this and checked the box and save the job configuration change.  The jobs going forward would display the multiple lines descriptions being configured; however, if you edit the job configuration again the UI is now displaying the box as checked.
