[JENKINS-72863] Fail to show the timestamp when i have set the build environment of 'Add timestamps to the Console Output'

This issue is reproducible on all types of Jenkins projects.
Even if I set Timestamper's "Enabled for all Pipeline builds" on the Manage->System page, timestamps are not showing up in the console logs.

In my case, it is a browser issue as per JENKINS-71462.
Works in Chrome, but not firefox.

Fix in firefox: I deleted my browser cache and cookies. It fixed it in firefox too.

First of all, thank you very much for your attention and Q&A, I tried Google and Edge browsers locally, and found that Google Chrome is normal, while Edge display is not normal, it should be a problem with the browser itself. I try to upgrade the browser to try the effect
