Test Connection failed

      Hi Team, I'm trying to configure plugin on jenkins. but got test connection failed issue. Jenkins is running on AWS, is this access issue or network issue, please help to trouble shoot and advise me

          The Jenkins issue tracker is used for bugs and enhancement requests. We use community.jenkins.io , the Jenkins user mailing list, and the Jenkins chat channels for question and answer.

          More people read those locations, so you are much more likely to receive an answer from one of those locations than from the issue tracker.
