Dear Sir,

Requesting creation of a repository to publish a folder level job/pipeline tear down including multi-branch pipelines. Tear down includes cleaning up the credentials (if entire folder is to be disabled/deleted based upon user inputs), workspaces including removal of the same from Jenkins footprint for the target folder.

Kindly allow creation of the repository so that I may submit my changes.
