The dropdown for Repository Name shows the alphabetically first repository, even though the value is something else.

The subsequent problem from that is that when you modify something else in the UI, and saves it, the job will now have the alphabetically first repository as it's new value. Breaking subsequent pipeline scans.

In our case our multibranch pipeline scan failed after the repo was changed without us touching it.
