[JENKINS-72941] Add an Icon link field just as Sidebar link plugin offers

Hello,
While reviewing the htmlpublisher-plugin README and testing the feature, I found out that this feature already exists, under the icon field. As written in the README: "Icon - Optional icon to use for the report. If not provided, a default icon will be used. The icon can be an existing `symbol` or an icon from the reportDir".

Since the original request in this issue mentioned particularly user content, I would like to ask for a clarification whether the intent was to support also external links or not.

If the request was only for user-uploaded icons, then this issue can likely be closed. However, if the intent was to support also external links, I’d be happy to discuss whether this should be tracked as a separate feature request.
