Currently it is only possible to add a link to the sidebar globally.
Often it is desirable to add a link to the sidebar of jobs (e.g. a link to a testing system, project-homepage, ....)
ToDo:
- Allow the configuration of a link list (like the global existing one) on the job-config-page
- add these links to the sidebar of this job
Would it be possible to add this? (unfortunately I know too less to do it for my own ina short time 
)

The links are different between the jobs but identically for all job-runs (and should also be visible without any job run)
So we need a static list per Job (not per Build) of urls.
e.g.
'Edit Svn-Rights' -> http://ourmanagementapp/svnEdit?product=xyz
'Wiki-Site' -> http://wiki.ourcompany/blubb/bla/blubber/
The doclinks plugin AFAIR only links to documents inside a job-run.
