Currently, there isn't a way to expose the received webhook events data to the Jenkins job through parameterized builds option in the Atlassian Bitbucket server integration plugin. This feature is available in some other plugins such as generic webhook trigger. It gives more control to the administrator configuring the jobs in the jenkins and would be good to have this feature in the plugin.
