Jenkins works in a web environment. It should support using URLs to pre-fill parameters. This would allow linking various tools together.

      So something like:

      > build/?srcSchema=spnux&dstSchema=spnux_alfa&srcServer=alfa.libra&dstServer=dev17.1

I know there is this plugin: https://plugins.jenkins.io/build-with-parameters/

But it doesn't seem like it is maintained. There is an outstanding bug that makes descriptions unformatted. Like so:

In any case I think this should be supported out of the box in core. It could be better integrated with Jenkins. For example you could support various types of parameters, not just passing everything as string. You could also implement "Rebuild" function as a build with specific parameters or allow to export the parameters from Rebuild to use them in another job.
