TL;DR:
We have a job that can't run concurrently so when one build of this job is running, others are scheduled in queue. It would be great if we could change the order of those while they are in the queue.

More context:
This job is merging into our "green" master and for various reasons, it has to be done one MR at a time. Since this takes some time and the queue can be long, when we need some work to be merged asap we need to manually abort those waiting runs so the desired one goes to the front and then manually reschedule them. If we could e.g. drag and drop it, that would be great. We usually don't need to abort the one that is running.
