After creating a maintenance window on an agent successfully, and trying to create another one with the Add button for another time window, the Add button on the new form which opens in a window does not do anything after filling all the necessary fields correctly. The form window just stays on the screen and nothing happens. You can only exit the window by pressing Cancel and the maintenance window won't be saved. Cache, temporary internet file and cookie deletion does not help. Not even launching a new incognito window or a completely different browser. In a strange way, rebooting the client machine where the browser runs, makes it possible to create ONE new maintenance window again. But only one. You can only create one again after a next reboot of the client machine. We have tried it using two different client machines, so probably not related to that specific machine.
If we don't use the Add button on the Maintenance Windows page, but Edit existing maintenances, there is an option to Add new entries and that works fine.
The issue first occured in Version2.193.v5a_c5a_361d725.
