I am trying to test OCI Connection using OCI DevOps plugin.
But unable to proceed further as it is unable to validate connection on the add credentials page itself.
I am trying use "TestConnection" at the bottom but it is giving me this error. I am sure all the information I gave are correct.

 

Please advise how to fix it.
Any inputs to fix it are much appriciated.
