The "Gitlab Servers" section under Administer Jenkins -> system does not appear

      I have the same symptoms as https://issues.jenkins.io/browse/JENKINS-71381.

      I'm using Jenkins version 2.452.1, plugin version 704.vc7f1202d7e14.

      It's probably worth pointing out this is not a new / fresh Jenkins installation, instead its been around since 2017 and has received numerous Jenkins version updates and plug-in updates over the years.
