Downloading tar.gz artifacts in Firefox is broken (regression in 2.463)

      When downloading tar.gz artifacts with Firefox the downloaded file is broken and has a different size than when i download it with other browsers like Edge or Chrome.

      To reproduce the issue, you can try the attached pipeline script.
