After upgrading to 2.452.3 - credential store api not working

Our previous instances are on 2.426.3 and the call works in my job and locally.

Now the call gives a 404 locally.  I am not able to determine if this path has changed?  The API URL works directly in the browser so it seems like it is still functional and maybe the process to call it via curl changed?  I am not able to find specifics in the changelog where this might have changed.
