The bundled structs plugin was updated to 338.v848422169819 in Jenkins 2.465 and later as part of commit 4761c15de9 to avoid scanner complaints that the Jenkins war file was bundling a plugin with a known vulnerability.

Backport it to Jenkins 2.462.1 so that we deliver the most recent release of the bundled plugins to avoid scanner complaints and to include the version that will be installed by the setup wizard.
