Where to find .msi Windows installer file for each Jenkins version

      In the downloading Jenkins page (https://www.jenkins.io/download/), there is  a link to download the Windows download file for the latest LTS

      However, I'd like to download a prior LTS version for Windows.  Under past releases, there are only war files available and no .msi installer file.

      Is there a page somewhere with a list of versions and their Windows installer file?  I set the priority to blocker because I cannot install the required version of Jenkins.
