S3 publisher plugin doesn't delete the artifacts if a pipeline was deleted

      Jenkins: 2.448 S3 publisher plugin: 466.vf5b_3db_8e3eb_2

      We use S3 publisher plugin only in the managedArtifacts mode so we expect if a build is deleted then then all its s3 artifacts are also deleted. However the s3 artifacts are not deleted if a pipeline (with all its builds) is deleted.
