Since https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/commit/121c0aefd6c1b5b895f6c3f18708240a2c24077b accessing localhost:8080/ when not overriding the contextPath no longer shows the DefaultHandler which links to /jenkins as a known context. Now it's just a plain 404 error.
