Update Hashicorp Vault plugin to use AWS SDK for Java 2.x

      Update the Hashicorp Vault plugin to use the AWS SDK for Java 2.x as provided by the AWS SDK for Java 2.x API plugin as a replacement for its current optional dependency on AWS SDK for Java 1.x
