EC2 Plugin: support user selectable provisioned IOPS EBS volume types

      When configuring a new cloud, my only option is "EBS Optimized".  And the drive I get is "gp3".  That is not enough. I would like the option to specify provisioned IOPS SSD volumes like "io1" and "io2" with the provisioned speeds.
