The plugin Oracle Java SE Development Kit Installer can be deactivated and it is not used by the Dependency Graph Viewer Plugin, however if I uninstall it, it will be reinstalled and activated after a Jenkins restart.
The Dependency Graph Viewer Plugin is the only Plugin that requires this Oracle Plugin without actually using it.

Can you please remove the dependency to Oracle Java SE Development Kit  from the  Dependency Graph Viewer Plugin.
