      Description:

After installing the "OAuth Credentials" plugin (version: 0.653.v14cf2088e950) on Jenkins (version: 2.454), I encountered an issue where creating new OAuth credentials in the "Credentials" section is not possible.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install Jenkins on a Windows machine (version 2.454).
      2. Install the "OAuth Credentials" plugin (version: 0.653.v14cf2088e950) via the plugin manager.
      3. Navigate to the "Credentials" section.
      4. Attempt to create new OAuth credentials.

Expected Behavior: New OAuth credentials should be created without any issues.

Actual Behavior: No new OAuth credentials can be created, and no error messages are displayed in the UI.

      Additional Information:

      • Jenkins Version: 2.454
      • Plugin Version: OAuth Credentials 0.653.v14cf2088e950
      • Operating System: Windows

Please let me know if any additional details are required. Thank you!

Hi fioreo193, what was the last release of core and the OAuth Credentials plugin where this was working, and what are the first releases where this starts failing?
